Contract & Permitting
With a fixed scope and hard numbers, we sign the building agreement. We handle all municipal navigation and permitting to clear the path for breaking ground.
Construction & Craft
The build begins against the agreed scope and communication plan. Decisions, progress, and site conversations stay organized and visible throughout construction.
Delivery & Warranty
A meticulous final walk-through. We hand over the keys and a comprehensive home manual. We stand by our work with a dedicated warranty period and ongoing relationship.
